The open-plan living and dining area is air-conditioned, creating a cool space to relax, and leads to the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, gas hob, and washing machine. For outdoor relaxation, there’s a private garden with a 5 x 3 meter chlorine pool, sunbeds, and a sun umbrella, ideal for sunbathing. Located in the quiet village of Llubi, the property is just a 15-20 minute drive from the beaches of Playa de Muro and Can Picafort. Llubi itself offers a small supermarket and bars, while the nearby town of Inca (10 minutes by car) provides additional services such as gas stations and restaurants. Guests can explore the Tramuntana mountain range, known for its picturesque villages like Valldemossa and Sóller, and its numerous hiking and cycling trails. A car is recommended for easy access to surrounding areas and attractions. Free parking is available in front of the house.
