The smaller house is divided into three separate apartments. Two smaller apartments are located on the ground floor while the one larger apartment lies on the upper floor. The smaller ground floor apartment with 40 m2 of living space, features a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and charming living area with a sofa and TV, offering access to a spacious balcony of 9m2 equipped with a comfortable seating area and dining table, with a view of the garden and olive trees. The same apartment features one lovely bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The larger ground floor apartment of 60 m2 consists of a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a comfortable living room with sofa and TV that offers access to a spacious balcony with a seating/dining area and lovely view of the pool and surrounding garden. This apartment further features a master bedroom equipped with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and washing machine. The second bedroom is slightly smaller with a queen size bed perfect for one adult or two children and a work desk. Next to it, there is a smaller bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor of the same house lies the largest apartment with a living space of ​​100 m2, not including the balconies. This apartment is divided into two spacious areas connected by an entrance hall. The left area of the apartment consists of an extra spacious living room featuring a large sofa bed, a two-seater sofa, an armchair and a TV. The living room offers access to a large balcony with a sitting area and a view of the garden and the pool. This part of the apartment houses two bedrooms - the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed as well as a walk-in wardrobe and a smaller bedroom with a single bed and work desk. Here you will also find a small bathroom with a shower. The second part of the apartment consists of a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area offering access to a balcony with an outdoor table and view of the surroundings. This part of the apartment further features a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. In the main house, you have the generous upper floor of 80m2 (not including balconies) at your disposal. The upper floor of the main house consists of a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room equipped with a large sofa bed and a TV, offering access to a balcony with a comfortable seating area. This apartment also houses two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and its own balcony, while the second bedroom features two single beds. A separate toilette is also available.
