Thompson Rig House consists of a kitchen/diner with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, with seating for six people and underfloor heating, a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite, a double, and a twin, along with a shower room and ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and hot tub, and off-road parking for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You’ll find a shop in 9.2 miles, a pub in 9.1 miles, and a river in 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. Thompson Rig House is a charming base for a North Yorkshire escape. Note: Preferred occupancy is four, but the property can accommodate up to six. Note: Owners live next door.

The property is rural and approached via narrow country roads and a 750m stone surfaced track. It may be an unsuitable access for abnormally low clearance cars.
Mobile phone signal and Sat Nav are patchy in the area. Most phones can connect to WiFi calling whilst at the property.
