Villa Napoleone Luxury Estate close to Florence

A most elegant and meticulously restored ancient villa in hill top location with stunning views over the Tuscan hills, Villa Napoleone is a beautifully appointed comfortable home in the outskirts of Florence, perfect for families or a group of friends wishing to discover the best that Tuscany has to offer.

We can accommodate up to 7 happy travelers in 3 air conditioned double bedrooms (all with private bathrooms), extensive panoramic gardens, large terrace-solarium and private salt water swimming pool 8x14m.

Villa Napoleone sits in a privately owned Tuscan Estate of 8 hectares of secluded protected parkland of olive trees and lemon trees orchards, shrubs and panoramic landscaped gardens overlooking the Florentine hills.
Villa Napoleone is arranged over two floors and covers a surface of about 450 sqm.
Beautifully appointed throughout, the villa can accommodate up to 7 people in 3 large bright double bedrooms, all air conditioned and with private bathrooms on the first floor, where you will also find a beautiful study/reading room.
Each bedroom is individually styled with made to measure locally crafted furniture and most comfortable large beds. One of the bathroom has a walk in shower, the other two have a bath tub with hand shower. They are all beautifully finished with Portuguese marble countertops and floors and luxury fittings.
Our luxury linen is all privately owned and washed and laundered in house.

On the ground floor there are a fully equipped kitchen, with log burning stove and direct access to a large paved patio area (perfect for breakfasts), a large bright formal dining room with antique fireplace, a smaller additional dining room with glass door and direct access to the garden, a double salon/drawing room with a further fireplace and floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading to the stunning terrace, fully furnished for al fresco dining and perfect for glorious aperitifs in front of the sunset.

Our rates includes exclusive use of the villa and its grounds (gardens, swimming pool), gardener and pool attendant, luxury linen, hot water and gas for cooking, wi-fi.
Electricity bill will be metered from Check-IN to Check-OUT for digital meter reading. 0,65 cents per Kwh . This will be paid in cash at the Check-OUT.

Extra services are available on request: extra maid/housekeeping service, laundry, extra linen change, as well as cook service for dinner, driver, fridge and wine pre-stocking service, etc, all at very reasonable rates – all you have to do is ask!

• Final cleaning fee 300€ - This will be paid in cash at the Check-OUT. 
Additional services, not included in rental fee and available on request:
• Fridge pre-stocking : 50€ for a small shopping list - 150€ for a big shopping list • Cook service available for dinner: price 85€ per person plus groceries (bill)
• Extra linen and towels: for the whole villa 250€
