Recently renovated, this well positioned two bedroom apartment is located near the beautiful village of Benahavis, on the outskirts of Estepona, and within a short drive from San Pedro Alcantara, Puerto Banus and Marbella. El Cortes Ingles is a 15 minute drive, and La Canada shopping centre is a 30 minute drive away, and the apartment is 45 minutes from Malaga airport. The beach is a 15 minute walk away from the apartment and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. There is easy access to a number of golf courses locally. This part of Estepona was home to the late Cilla Black and is a popular area to live and holiday. Further afield is Gibraltar around an hours drive away.

The apartment block has 24 -hour reception/security for your piece of mind and secure parking in the underground garage. You can access the 1st floor apartment via stairs or the lift.

The apartment has an open plan layout and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one is en suite. The bedrooms come with ample wardrobe space and hangers, ample drawer space for your clothes as well as comfortable super king beds. There is air conditioning throughout.

A lovely, south facing balcony over looks the pools and gardens, with a table and chairs and clothes airer. There is a children's and adult pool in the gardens, and free sunbeds to use.

The lounge area has a smart tv, connected to the wifi where you can access you tube and plenty of seating, and is open plan leading to the large kitchen area with breakfast bar and bar stools.

The kitchen is fully fitted with oven/grill, hob, kettle, nutri-bullet, blender, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The cupboards are well equipped with plenty of glasses, cutlery plates, and cooking utensils during your stay. There are also some essential food items such as tea and coffee for you to use during your stay.

There is an ironing board, and iron and well as hairdryer for use of our guests. There are also USB plug sockets to make charging your devices easier.

There are additional facilities on site that may be subject to additional charges, such as pool table, table tennis, gym, sauna, dentist, yoga and laundry room. There is a library room that is free to use at all times. A friendly reception team are there to answer any questions that you may have about the area.
