About the area
Sarasota
Sarasota is home to this apartment. St. Armands Circle and Mall at University Town Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Siesta Key Beach and Crescent Beach. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's going on at Ed Smith Stadium, or consider a night out at Venice Train Depot.
My goldendoodle and I live about an hour away from Sarasota and decided to do a little staycation and found this cute gem! It was everything we needed. So cozy and private but there was also a hang out area if we wanted to meet neighbors. Highly recommend!

Well appointed, bright “beach decor “ suitable for family of three. Patio furniture was well worn.
Location was perfect, a five minute drive to Siesta Key Beach. Restaurants, ice cream shop & grocery within walking distance.
Beach decor - light, bright and airy! Manager answered questions, replaced defective stove burner and added requested kitchen items which made our stay more comfortable. Thank you! Patio furniture could be replaced as cushions were torn. Needed: clothes line for towels/ bathing suits, etc.
Wonderful stay - would recommend “Eleanor” Tiny House.
My friend and I wanted to have a tiny house experience so we picked the Siesta tiny house. It is basically a lot with a row of several tiny houses. The space was adequate for 2, clean, with basic necessities. You can order beach chairs for 5$ a piece and they will be delivered to you. I wish the house had more shelves or hooks to hang in things like towels. Make sure to bring your beach towels.
The houses are conveniently located about 2 miles from the siesta key beaches.
Overall a good experience.
This tiny house has all you need for a great Sarasota/Siesta Key vacation. Ended three of our night with a fire in the patio fire pit. Nice & relaxing end to the day. Recommended!
What an adorable, well equipped, and designed tiny house. Close to the beach, restaurants and stores. Across the street is a trailer park that looks a little run down but they were quiet and very friendly. We enjoyed the outside space well into the evening. I highly recommend this listing especially if you have a desire to experience living in a tiny house!!
Comfy, well cared for unfortunately not a great area
Great use of space and very clean/well maintained. Quite expensive for where it is located - very run down, almost uninhabitable trailer park across the street. Very noisy as one block from Tamiami Trail. Convenient to beach, shopping, but a bit overpriced for its surroundings. The manager/maintenance gentleman was extremely helpful and kind. I did however have to text them day of to receive check instructions and key code to enter the unit.

small wonders
the house, even though it is small, is nicely equipped with all you need to have a good stay. it is located close to all the local attractions. it was prefect for my wife myself and our grandson. I won not recommend more than that, the beds a comfortable and served their purpose. enjoy our stay, would stay again if we were to come back.

The description of this property way off.
The neighborhood surrounding seemed questionable. I would not have sat outside by myself in the evening. We pulled in and next to us was an old camper and a truck being worked on. Not very appealing to sit on patio outside next to. The front door stuck every time you opened or closed it. Struggled to get tv working, but finally did. We had WiFi for one evening only, the rest of the time it was not working. The cleanliness of the home was about a 7. The property manager was very nice and helpful as possible, but the company that owns this property obviously doesn’t care.
