Clifton Cottage, situated in the stylish Clifton Conservation Area, was built in 1824 and retains many period features, combining historic charm with unique, funky interiors designed to make your stay truly memorable. Although located in the heart of the city, this three bed house to sleep 12 sits on a quiet street, just steps from shops, clubs, pubs, and restaurants, and is only a five-minute walk from the sea.

Living Room
Features two large sofas, including one that converts to a double sofa bed (sleeps 2). There’s a large flat-screen TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, iPod dock, and WiFi. Additional sleeping options include a single foam chair bed and a folding guest bed stored in The Monroe Room.
Dining Room
The conservatory dining room overlooks the rear garden and features an extendable table with bench seats that seats can dine12. Electronically operated ceiling sun blinds add a touch of comfort.
Kitchen
Fully equipped and conveniently located off the conservatory dining room. There is an electric oven and grill with gas hob; slimline dishwasher; fridge freezer; washing machine; microwave.
Courtyard Garden
A high-walled rear patio garden with tables and seating for 8 - perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing in privacy.
