Inside, the villa is laid out across multiple levels and includes:

5 air-conditioned bedrooms

3 bathrooms (one with steam cabin / sauna)

2 kitchens (main + kitchenette)

A spacious living and dining area

Laundry, BBQ, and outdoor dining terrace

The villa is surrounded by landscaped gardens, a large private terrace, and sunbeds by the pool. Many rooms and balconies offer sea or garden views.

Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the entire villa, pool, gardens, parking area, and both kitchens. No shared spaces.

The Neighborhood:
Located in peaceful Peyia, just 5 minutes from Coral Bay, the villa sits between Laourou Beach (1.9 km) and Wild Beach (2.4 km). Restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets are a short drive away, with scenic coastline walks and historic sites within reach.

Getting Around:
We recommend hiring a car to fully explore the Paphos coastline. Free private parking is available at the villa.

Pool Safety: Use of the pool is at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised at all times
