In our villa you will find spacious and tastefully furnished four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms, a gym, a office room, a children's playroom, six Smart TVs. You can prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped indoor and outdoor kitchen with a covered dining area and private bathroom and TV. You can relax on the indoor and freestanding sun loungers and enjoy your time in the extra-long heated swimming pool of 3,80 x 15 m with two massage showers and a children's pool with Jacuzzi. Price for heating pump for the swimming-pool in the winter saison per week 300,- € (temperature approx. 28º C)

All rooms are air-conditioned, and kitchens have drinking filtered water with an Osmose system to improve the quality of the drinking water. All windows have external electric blinds and mosquito nets.

Our property offers kid beds to ensure a comfortable stay for families. Our kid beds are designed with your child's comfort and safety in mind, providing a cozy and secure sleeping space for your young ones. The pool and garden area cannot be reached by our youngest alone due to lockable safety glass doors!!! Your children can spend their time on the children's sandpit, slide or trampoline, or improve their cooking skills in the children's Little Chef House. We also provide a children's dining chair, pool loungers and much more.
