Newly built apartment, with fine finishes, in a great location, overlooking the lake, the mountains and the natural park, just a few minutes from the ski lifts (the free shuttle to the Corvatsch facilities stops every 20 minutes under the house Mandra). Easy access to supermarkets and numerous restaurants. It consists of 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom complete with whirlpool and piped music. The other two bedrooms have two couples of twin beds. The second bathroom has a shower-Turkish bath. The kitchen is independent with all the amenities. The large living room with glass and fireplace houses a table with 6 chairs and a large sofa with a large seat. The house has parquet floors. It has internet wi-fi open and predisposition to the Italian satellite TV Sky (we do not provide the card) and to the Swiss cable TV. All rooms have a TV, in the living room and in the master bedroom there are two DVDs. The washing machine, as in most of the buildings in Switzerland, is located on the -1 floor and is a condominium with access by card (which we provide).

The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults and has a fantastic location for winter and summer holidays. The proximity to the facilities makes it perfect for lovers of skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing. The positioning near the lakes and the very long cycle paths make it the perfect destination for windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing, mountain biking, road bikes and any kind of walk.
