The Ptarmigan cottage is a modern two bedroom single storey property which offers you quality, comfort and stylish accommodation for 4-6 people, perfect for families or groups of friends.This property offers quality beds and has been tastefully furnished to a high standard. With two bedrooms, one double bedroom with master ensuite shower room, a twin bedroom a family bathroom, located next to the twin bedroom, with a shower over the bath electric towel rails and underfloor heating.There is also a double sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate two children or one adult, ideal for extra guests. There is an enclosed pet friendly back garden with patio, picnic bench & brick BBQ where you can sit out on wamer days and enjoy some alfesco dinning.
The property is in an ideal location for visitors with or without a car as it is just 5 minutes walk to the village of Aviemore's Station, buses, and all amenities and leisure facilities.
