Great value and location for exploring Brighton
I stayed in an apartment in Brighton for a week and had a great experience despite minor issues.The location was fantastic, right in the centre of the Lanes with countless pubs and restaurants nearby. The apartment is above a council-run car park, which is expensive for overnight stays but useful for drop-offs. The host provided suggestions for cheaper parking options.Immediately outside was a little dark and uninviting, but the building was well-maintained with clean and bright lobbies. Inside, the apartment was spotless and well-furnished. The beds were comfortable, and the towels were hotel-quality. The kitchen had good cookware and essentials like sponges and dishwasher tablets.Some blinds were worn and need replacing. The dishwasher had an issue, which I assume the host will fix. The smart TV worked fine, though the internet was sometimes slow.The bathroom was small but had a full bath, rainfall shower, and strong water pressure. Check-out was super easy as the host handled the rubbish, dishes, and bed stripping which was very much appreciated. While it's not flashy, quirky or impressive, I found it to be very good value for money in the best location in town and I would definitely consider staying here again.
