High-touch surfaces are meticulously disinfected, and fresh amenities such as new toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap are provided for your convenience upon arrival. Our cleaning team uses gloves and masks during the entire cleaning process, and a pre-arrival inspection ensures that all high-touch surfaces are sanitized once more. Every detail is attended to so that you can relax and enjoy a safe and comfortable stay.

* We charge a refundable damage deposit of $400. This will be processed 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be fully refunded to you within 3 business days after your checkout, provided there are no damages or violations during your stay.

Before your arrival, a fully online pre-check-in process is required. You'll need to complete a rental agreement and submit a verification form, which includes a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once everything is completed, we’ll provide detailed check-in instructions 2 days before your stay.

- Refundable Damage Deposit: please note that all our vacation homes require a refundable damage deposit. This deposit will be charged to your payment method two days prior to your arrival. Rest assured that the deposit will be refunded up to 7 business days after your departure, provided no damages are reported.
