Bedroom 2 (Front): Similar to Bedroom 1, with two single 3ft beds, wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers, radiator, and carpet. Bedroom 3 (Back): Double-glazed window overlooking the garden, king-size sleigh bed, French Renaissance chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside tables, radiator, and carpeted flooring. Bathroom: Includes a bath with a Mira wall-mounted electric shower, basin, heated towel rail, radiator, double-glazed window, and carpeted flooring. Separate W.C.: Features a W.C., radiator, carpeted floor, and double-glazed frosted window. Bedroom 4 (Back): Single 3ft bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, radiator, carpeted floor, and double-glazed window with views of the garden and rooftops. OUTDOOR RELAXATION The garden surrounds the property on two sides, offering direct sea views over the coast and beach. Features include: A concrete path connecting to both entrance gates A small patio with a built-in BBQ An outside laundry room with a washing machine and dryer Access is via two gates: The first leads to a sloped concrete path with a step into the porch. The second features three steps leading to a path for conservatory access. PARKING As the property was built before parking was a consideration, parking is available at the Village pay & display car park a short five-minute walk away at the top of the village, ensuring peace and quiet for your stay.
