The main floor consists of two comfortable living rooms and the kitchen, which has a large island, an adjacent dining table, and ample cooking space. The patio & pool deck is sizeable, providing an outdoor dining table, chaise lounges, a pool & hot tub. The foyer has a half bath as well. This floor also provides a full laundry room with a fridge and kitchenette.

The first 4 bedrooms are situated down a hallway, with the master bedroom at the end, and across the hall is a full private office.

The bed sizes provided in the home are 4 doubles and a king bed. All bedrooms offer closet space. The master bedroom contains a full double walk-in closet and a fully equipped bathroom with a shower and bidet.
