We are located on historic St. Charles Avenue and perfectly centered for convenient access to all the BIG EASY has to offer. If you choose to drive, no worries, free off-street parking is provided and only ten steps from your door. The Trolley stop is two skips away for a short ride to the French Quarter or Audubon Park / Zoo and historic shopping, museums, world famous restaurants, the Convention Center and Warehouse District are a short stroll.

Perfect New Orleans Stay

We had an excellent time in New Orleans. This house was just as described in listing. Everything was perfect for us. Close enough to all the action on Bourbon St. but far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise. Would definitely look to stay here again when returning. Host responds very quickly to any questions or concerns.

I am a member of The Mystic Krewe of Femme Fatale 💋💄. I actually live in Cypress,TX. My hubby, daughter and grandkids traveled with us to see me in my parade. This was a PERFECT spot for them to access the parade with the comfort of escaping the excitement if it was too much for them or if the weather turned bad. The place was very clean and had all the comforts of home. I will definitely book this again.

We enjoyed our stay over all. The WiFi was horrible (speed test of 2).

The flat was suitable other than the flies (we couldn’t figure out where they were coming from, however I killed at least 50) and poor internet connection. We were happy to see fans, as it was sufficient for drowning out the street noise. There was a repair crew next door for the majority of our stay, that created quite a ruckus.

The description was a little confusing. The beds were very comfortable and overall we found it to be cozy and comfortable. We especially appreciated the fans to help with the highway noise. It could have been cleaner but overall great stay!

Great Location

Comfortable downstairs condo right on streetcar line. This location was great to access French Quarter and Garden District. Streetcar stop was steps away so we could easily travel about. Great local grocery, Dryades Public Market, was an easy walk. As were many great restaurants and museums. Condo was comfortable with everything we needed. Would definitely go back.

The place was so cute and festive! It was perfect for our annual girls trip! Perfect amount of space

My girlfriends and I enjoyed every minute. The trollys right outside were so convenient and made our trips to the quarter quick and easy. The keypads on the doors are genius! As a group of 23 year old girls we felt super safe and comfortable. There was plenty of space and enough mirrors for everyone to get ready at the same time (which is a huge deal for that many girls). We had so much fun and would 10/10 recommend this place for any group looking for a safe and home-like place in Nola!

Great Condo

We had a last minute work trip come up and this house was perfect for are group of 5. So much better than a hotel. The house was very clean and the owner was great. It has a great New Orleans feel to it. We really enjoyed being able to park our car, walk out the front door and take the Street car into town. We are already making plans to come back for a girls weekend since this was a short work trip.

Perfect!! Beautifully Decorated :)

A group of my college friends stayed at the house and we LOVED it! It had a lot of charm with the wood and brick floors and even brick walls!! We were happy to have two kitchens as we all liked our midnight snacks! And sitting on the balcony was a plus. Joyce was so very helpful and we will be back.

Hi! I am a native of Mississippi and lived in New Orleans from 1984 until 1997 and LOVED it !! My wife and I have 3 boys and we live back in our hometown of Ocean Springs, MS.

Why they chose this property

We wanted a house easily accessible to the BEAUTY of Uptown and the FUN/Excitement of Downtown along with the ambience of a New Orleans home. We also wanted to be able to use the WONDERFUL streetcar and it is right outside our door! Additionally, it was important to have Parking and we were so lucky to find a place with 6 spots! We also were impressed with the selection of fabulous restaurants within walking distance of the house such as Emeril's !

What makes this property unique

It has brick walls and floors, on the Avenue! The beautiful hardwood floors and 12' ceilings bring the true feeling of New Orleans yet it feels like home!
