STAY SALTY CAYMAN

Welcome to our home, Stay Salty, beachfront complex with 2 king size beds in quiet, lush landscaped, pool and hot tub! We restrict the number of times we rent our unit but for someone who wants something other than the typical vacation rental we might fill this void. Crescent Point Resort is located directly on Seven Mile Beach and conveniently located walking distance to many restaurants, shops, Camana Bay, water activities, liquor stores, 2 grocery stores and car rental. Stay Salty is located on the famous Seven Mile Beach with a nice 200' wide beach protected by iron shore unlike most other complexes (our beach pictures are updated), quiet, luxurious and relaxing complex centrally located. Daily housekeeping except on Sundays and Holidays. Lush manicured grounds with a free form pool complete with hot tub about 60 steps from the front door and plenty of chairs, lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. Only 27 units in the complex for a uniquely private, calm and tranquil atmosphere. The beach, about 100 steps from the front door has plenty of chairs, umbrellas, palm trees and shower available to you.

NO SMOKING/VAPING condo, experience our little piece of paradise we have updated with luxurious appointments. This is not your typical vacation rental as it is our home and is equipped as such. We limit the number of rentals we have each year and our complex isn't full of short term rentals, no need to rush down to save chairs at the pool or the beach like many other complexes.

The lush grounds are professionally manicured and maintained. In addition to the pool, hot tub, private beach and sea is a free onsite fitness center. The grounds are very quiet with ample sun or shade both on the beach or pool with umbrellas and palm trees to provide shade. A very short walk to the Marriott which has all the water sports available if you desire more activity to the north as well as the Ritz and Westin. Directly south is Georgetown and many more shopping and restaurants to explore.

We settled on Crescent Point Resort for its privacy, excellent amenities, location, large almost 245 square feet screen lanai and not the crowded resort feeling of so many complexes that are full of short term rentals. We totally renovated the unit replacing all of the furnishings. All new stainless kitchen appliances, new high efficiency (He) top load LG Washer (please bring a few High Efficiency laundry pods in a zip lock bag in your checked baggage) and dryer in unit for your convenience and new master bedroom furniture including new king mattress and box springs. We can sleep 6 (MAXIMUM 6 PERSONS) comfortably with a king in the master bedroom and second bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom, and a pull out sofa with a queen mattress which will sleep 2. No extra guests or visitors without prior permission from the host. Any violation of guests over the number of guest in your reservation is subject to immediate termination with NO REFUND or $200 per person per day of your reservation at Host discretion.

Very large screened lanai (PLEASE NO SMOKING/VAPING ON LANAI) is the width of the unit with access from living room or master bedroom with direct access outside just steps to the pool, beach or grilling area with 2 gas grills to prepare your own meals. The lanai has outdoor sofa and 2 chairs plus dining table for 6. Crescent Point Resort has a beautiful beach and natural reef directly in front of the property for wonderful snorkeling (you may want water shoes for entry), we have seen nurse shark, spotted eagle rays, stingray, octopus and many other sea life recently. Crescent Point Resort has over 200' of beach that is protected by iron shore and our beach doesn't disappear like other properties along Seven Mile Beach. There are times after storms the sand gets moved around and walking north on the beach may be difficult or impossible. If this happens and you do not want to walk in the water going along the beach, there are many public entrances along West Bay Road (runs parallel to the sea with sidewalk) to the Public Beach Access before the Sovereign (.6 miles or about 1500 steps is furthest access to remain totally out of the water). White Sands Water Sports https://www.whitesandwatersports.com will rent all of your water sports toys and have it delivered and pickup for your convenience. If you are looking for an awesome diving experience, I can refer you to a dive operation that suits your desires that will pick you up and store your gear or rental gear for the duration of your dive trip.

The floor plan is very open with pool and sea view from the kitchen, dining, living and master bedroom. Kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless appliances, pots, pans, glasses, silverware and utensils if you feel like making meals in the large kitchen (only basic spices available). This floor plan is 1820 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Primary ensuite has large walk in shower, large double vanity and free standing soaker tub. Each bedroom has at least one closet, dresser, mirror, box fan (for noise or comfort) and ceiling fan. Second bedroom and third bedroom is located directly next to the guest bathroom. Guest bedrooms are on opposite side of condo from primary for additional privacy.

Cable TV with US network channels, high speed internet, local phone, washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, coffee maker (coffee not provided) and Keurig (pack a few K cups), toaster, hair dryer are provided for your convenience. Daily maid service except Sundays, Good Friday and Holidays. All bed linens, bath, beach towels (bath and beach towels can be changed daily if you desire) and enough toiletries to get started are provided. Most stores on Island are closed on Sundays. I recommend packing a few High Efficiency laundry pods in your check baggage.

Cayman Island Government Tax is 13% and Resort Fee is 6%. I do charge a refundable deposit or you can elect to purchase damage protection from VRBO. PLEASE purchase Trip Insurance if you want a refund within 60 days of your reservation as we have a STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY.

The deposit secures your reservation and covers any damage to the unit or elect the damage protection offered by VRBO. I return the deposit within 14 days after your stay if the unit is left in the same condition as found. Our on-site Property Manager will check you in and verify with you the condition of the unit and will meet with you again on check out if you desire (recommended) so you know prior to leaving there will be no issues.

Rates are determined by time of year, Cayman Islands Government 13% Tax and 6% Resort Fee is the guest responsibility.

Look at your dining receipts carefully as many restaurants/bars automatically add a fixed percentage for gratuity.

I would like to remind everyone this is a NO SMOKING unit, inside the condo and on the lanai. In addition, PLEASE be cognizant of keeping all doors closed other to enter or exit. With the lush landscaping comes all kinds of little critters who like to let themselves in while the door is open. Please do NOT sit on any furniture including lanai furniture wet so it won't mildew/mold for other guests. If it rains please make sure the cushions on lanai are moved away from the screens to keep them dry, thank you! We also would appreciate you using a coaster on wood surfaces to avoid damaging the surfaces. Please DO NOT use spray sun screen inside the condo, lanai or front door..

We do not have a sand entry into the sea, but a short walk south about 150' a large sand entry in front of Sunset Cove there is easy access, however our beach is very deep, peaceful and tranquil due to the iron shore that protects our beach area. You may want water shoes to walk into the sea from our property. Our beach is not conducive for small children to play on the waters edge. . We recommend to have a walk through with Manager prior to checkout to verify no damages.

We have a Ring Video Doorbell and the Strata (HOA) has Ring video cameras around the complex including the parking lot.

Foster's at Camana Bay (walking distance) delivers groceries for CI$20, online shopping at https://shop.fosters.ky. Kirks Market (walking distance) delivers groceries, simply email your list with the brands you prefer (if no substitutes wanted simply say no substitutes) to Kirk's Supermarket for CI$15 (US$18.75) plus costs of sacks Kirk's Supermarkets (about 3/4 mile walk) will do your grocery shopping and deliver them to your unit. You will need to provide the Property Manager's name, phone number and unit number. Search either Kirks or Fosters Camana Bay Grand Cayman.

Hidden Gem on the 7 Mile Beach

Great value, great location, beautiful property. We were looking for a spring break destination for our family of 2 adults and 3 "tweens" and pricing at the Ritz Carlton was ridiculous (and too many crowds). I came across the Crescent Point Condominiums as a recommendation from a friend and discovered this particular unit and thought it was beautiful. The owner should be a model to all owners on VRBO. I dealt mainly with John and he is a great communicator, decorated the property beautifully (one of the nicest rentals I've ever stayed in), and took the time to send us an informative pamphlet about the unit and island in general, with all types of recommendations from rental cars to restaurants to family activities. The condo is well stocked with everything you could ever need. The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit boasted around 1800 square feet and our family had plenty of space to spend quality time together but also have down time when needed. The master bathroom is state of the art and is similar to that of many 5-star hotel bathrooms. The in-unit washer and dryer made it nice for us to throw in a load of laundry after a day on the boat. The property's exterior is lovely with a beautiful pool and well-maintained grounds. The landscaping is lush and tropical. The property is on the 7 mile beach and in close proximity to some of the island's highest rated restaurants and other fun activities. Not only do I recommend this, but we would stay here again.

Beautiful

Property was just as expected and better. Very clean. Friendly staff. Bathrooms were gorgeous! Definitely bring swim shoes. Enjoyed snorkeling every day right in front of the condo. Saw tons of different fish and lots of lobster. Easy walk on the street to Marriot for spa and breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Clean, Close, and Clear

We just had an incredible time in Cayman and enjoyed immensely the stay at this particular spot. The condo was beautiful, the kitchen well stocked, and the pool/hot tub was a bonus. The beds were all comfortable and the owner’s direct response to all questions made a big difference. We went to Cayman to scuba and used Go Pro Cayman with Ash as a dive operator and they were fabulous. We drove each morning 2 minutes to Lobster Pot and headed out from there. We loved the restaurants so close to the condo (Peppers, Craft, and Coconut Grill) were all a treat. The beach is as stated which means that it was not swimmable at the time we were there. We had a second unit at The Colonial Club which has an incredible beach with direct access to the water. Make sure you are clear on this when asking owner about the description and time if year. Once clear on the beach requirements, would give this a all thumbs up.

Lovely condo on Seven Mile Beach

This property has just been beautifully remodeled with high end finishes and lovely furnishing. Having two king beds and a room with twins was perfect for two couples and two teenagers. It is a short walk to a small, but private beach just behind the pool that is seen in the photos. The snorkeling off of the beach here is truly exceptional! It is as good or better than what we paid to do. The Ryans were very accessible for questions, gave great suggestions for Diving boats and dinners spots, and it is evident that they strive to make your trip just perfect. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back.

Five travel sisters

Our stay in Grand Cayman far exceeded our expectations. The property was just as shown on the VRBO website. The property owner was very easy to access and was very detailed and helpful in our navigating the island. The property owner went out of his way to offer dining options, air travel suggestions which we really utilized. I am very specific as to my travel requirements and would recommend this unit for all of my friends and family. If i could go back tomorrow i certainly would.

Great Place to Stay.

Great condo! Everything worked well and it was decorated very cute. The property itself was very quiet and we usually had the pool all to ourselves. The only downfall of the property was the rocky beach entry, and having to walk along the main road to get to a public beach entrance as next door had a concrete wall you could not pass when the water was high tide.

Perfect place for a family of 5!

Our family, which includes three teens, just returned from a stay in Grand Cayman in this condo. Everything about the condo was perfect for our family (much better than hotel rooms would have been) — very spacious, comfortable, super cute, well-maintained and updated. It was great having a kitchen to make breakfast and most lunches daily, and a cleaning staff tidied up for us each morning once we left for the beach. A few things we did that we’d highly recommend: — Red Sail Sports evening catamaran sail to Rum Point Restaurant ($5/person then you have to eat at the restaurant which was actually very good) — Captain Marvin’s Stingray/Snorkel/Starfish excursion (about $60/person); great guides and only 15 or so people on the boat with us — dinner at The Wharf Restaurant to watch the sunset and at Casanova Italian restaurant — snorkeling at the reef off Governor’s Beach and lunch at the Westin Tortuga outdoor restaurant The pool was great for a late afternoon swim, and the grounds of the property were beautifully manicured. Always had privacy and space (and an available chair) on the beach. The only thing worth noting, especially if you are traveling with young children, is that the section of the beach in front of the condo is not a beach entry. It’s very rocky — bring water shoes for sure. In addition, the beach connecting the condo’s beach to the rest of Seven Mile Beach has washed away so you have to walk up to the main road and down a few properties to a public access point. Anyway, a wonderful vacation spot and beautiful condo that we would definitely recommend to travelers. John, the owner, was incredibly responsive and helpful before and during our trip with any trip planning questions we had or condo needs.

Wonderful!

Our stay was excellent. The condo was spacious and beautiful. The pool and beach are lovely and not too crowded. Dishes and linens were fully stocked. Housekeeping daily. John was absolutely responsive and helpful in every way. We did have to purchase laundry soap. There were no beach toys, footballs, etc so come prepared if you would enjoy that. We also recommend taking advantage of ordering your groceries ahead, as they arranged to have our fridge stocked on arrival. We will absolutely stay here again upon return to Grand Cayman and really enjoyed our stay!

Great condo for our family!

My family just returned from a great week in Grand Cayman! The condo was just as advertised. It was clean and well maintained. The layout worked well for 5 adults. We were right next to the pool, which was great! The beach near the condo is a little rocky, but a sandy beach is just a block up or down the 7 mile beach. Fun restaurants are within walking distance. We grocery shopped at Kirk's and enjoyed meals at the condo too. Just a great place to vacation with our grown kids!

Wonderfully appointed spacious condo in the heart of Seven Mile Beach

The condo is beautiful, very well appointed and nicely decorated. It has a spacious living/dining area so we never felt crowded, and a fantastic large lanai for sitting and dining outdoors. The unit is fully stocked with state of the art appliances and the development itself is very well maintained. Nice pool and hot tub, and not crowded like some of the complexes. Very convenient to restaurants, shops and diving. The owner could not have been more helpful! He was in constant contact when we had questions and had great recommendations for us. It was really a great experience overall, and we have been at many other developments and units in the area that are not nearly as nice. The staff on the property were all very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful and extremely well-maintained property

Our family of 4 had a terrific experience at Crescent Point #4. The condo is beautifully maintained, both inside and on the grounds, and the condo had everything that we could have possibly needed. The pool area was lovely, management was helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The beach area is small but has wonderful shady spots and we happily spent many hours reading under the palm trees on the beach. Other reviewers have noted the rocky entrance to the water and this is the case - it is impossible to enter the water directly in front of the beach/condo, however in calm waters you can walk down a bit and launch your SUP or kayak. This might be more difficult with young children, however for our adult children this worked fine. We loved our stay here and highly recommend the experience!

Loved our vacation to Grand Cayman Island with family and friends

My friends and I do a yearly girls vacation and this year was no exception, besides bringing our daughters and my mom. We all agreed that the Cayman Island was absolutely beautiful and one of the best islands we have been to. This was the first time we rented condos and John's place was perfect for 5 adults. It was spacious, clean and had all the comforts of home (except for the amazing view... that we don't get in New York :-) ). The open space was welcoming and and the bedrooms were large and beds comfortable. The grounds and pool area were well kept and there were always chairs available. The manager and housekeeping were always pleasant and accommodating. From the beginning, John was quick to address any question I had and the welcome pack he provided was very helpful. On the island, the taxi drivers, restaurant personnel (XQ's had delicious pizza, especially if you are gluten free) and tour guides (Stingray City and Starfish Cove were a wonderful experience) were all so friendly and always had smiles. I would recommend the Grand Cayman Island and John's condo for your next vacation. We all enjoyed it so much, we will definitely consider coming back.... Till then..... Thank you. Pat

Fun on Grand Cayman!

I had the great opportunity to round up my nieces and nephew for several days on a great Grand Cayman trip. They came in from Salt Lake City, St. Louis and Knoxville to Houston and we all flew down from here. It is rare that just the four of us can get together and this place was an excellent place to stay for bonding and playing. The condo is in an excellent location - walking distance to a lot of places, just a short trip to Georgetown and has some great snorkeling out front. It was set out perfectly for the four of us with great room to be together and have fun. This place is huge and the outside porch was a bonus as we all sat down together for dinner every night (without phones/distractions) and really enjoyed each other's company. Perfect conversations and enjoyment. The condo is also beautifully furnished. I might have taken some decorating tips away from this trip..... ; ) John Ryan was extremely helpful before, during and after the trip. He has a well setout briefing that he sends you ahead of time so you can orient yourself, learn things about the condo and even suggests their fave restaurants. The onsite staff was extremely accommodating and friendly and always there if you needed anything. The kitchen is stocked to the hilt. I always take some of my favorite gadgets and utensils for cooking ease but we found everything we needed. There are even some spices that someone had left and a few other things that we could have used had we needed them. Very nice, clean and quiet location

This was a great location, everything we needed or wanted was easily accessible. The condo is very nice and big with lots of room, we never felt crowded. The screened in porch was a great place to sit and have coffee in the morning. The condo complex was very quiet and very well maintained. This condo was everything we needed for the trip and the owner was great and the communication was perfect. Thanks for making our trip fantastic.

Fabulous spot for family spring break!

We loved your condo! Perfect location on Seven Mile Beach. The kitchen was well equipped for the meals we enjoyed there. We enjoyed the lanai every day for coffee in AM and cocktails in PM. Our entire family gives this trip two thumbs up! Thanks for all of your help in advance of the trip, John. We dived with Dusty @ DNS and his guides were great. We will be back!

The Perfect Oceanside Getaway

What a wonderful place! Our family of 5 is spread out all over North America, and we had limited time we could be together over Christmas. We were looking for a place near the Southeast US that we could all get to easily, had good scuba diving, and we could all stay together in the same unit. John Ryan's condo was perfect! First of all the photos don't do it justice - the unit was much more spacious and bright than we expected. The kitchen is fully supplied, not like some Vrbo units where you're lucky to find more than a frying pan. All the furniture and beds were of good quality and very comfortable. The master bathroom was huge! And the screened in porch was the perfect place to hang out when we needed a break from the Cayman sun. The grounds and pool area were perfectly maintained, and the hot tub was luxurious after the sun went down. The location is great - walking distance to restaurants, pubs, liquor store and a dive shop. The beach out front is excellent for tanning, snorkelling and sunset viewing, and the prime 7 Mile swimming beaches are only a few minutes walk to the North. If you keep walking you soon get to the big (and crowded) resorts, but after doing so a couple times, we found we much preferred our quiet little corner of paradise. We would definitely stay here again! - the "R" family

Perfect!

Amazing well kept property. Privacy was amazing. We would stay here again in a minute! Newly renovated, great Wifi, the beds are super comfortable and it is extremely clean! Loved out stay and a perfect location to restaurants and activities. Highly recommend!!

We have been visiting Crescent Point for the past 11 years with friends and started looking 8 years ago. We looked at several other properties including renting at other locations to experience them. We decided on Crescent Point because it doesn't feel like a resort, where you must get up early to go put a towel on your chair. Most of the units are not in the rental program so it feels like home. We also really like the full time Property Manager, Maintenance and Cleaning Staff who do a consistent job of keeping the grounds so nice. We are just completing installing all new windows and doors.

We want our guests to have a memorable time and will work tirelessly to assist you in planning your trip and during your trip to make it convenient, relaxing and easy. We want you to have a 5 star experience in our condo, our complex and on Island.

Why they chose this property

We are licensed and the grounds are so lush (some of the best green space on Seven Mile Beach), quiet, wonderful beach and pool and perfect location. Great location, quiet but close to any action you desire with Marriott and Red Sail Sports 4th property to the north.

Crescent Point is a private home, private but very close to the action if that is what you desire.

If you are looking for a private, quiet, home feeling versus a resort feeling we are Seven Mile Beach Best Kept Secret in my opinion. We are close to many bars, restaurants, night life and shopping and many of the best amenities Grand Cayman offers.

Use Bento food ordering/delivering app or Cigo app to calculate your taxi fare.

We will strive to make your experience in our condo and your entire trip from excursions to your Island experience a 5 star experience.

Please NO smoking/vaping in the unit or lanai and avoid suntan lotion/oil on fabric furniture and bedding. PLEASE keep windows and doors closed.

No unauthorized visitors allowed without prior approval from host.

NO LATE CHECKOUT. Please adhere to the 10:30 am checkout time.

Weather and other emergencies are beyond our control. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Please lock the doors at ALL times.

NO CANDLES unless battery operated.

Please be respectful of furniture and do not put any beverages on furniture without a coaster and don't sit on fabric furniture wet.

Please do not run food or anything down the disposal in the kitchen. This is only to be used for things that slip by. Please put all food scraps in the trash. The trash receptacle is under the gym and only put the bags of trash not individual items in this receptacle.

NO GLASS at the pool deck, in the pool or on the beach.

Please put down and secure umbrella's at the pool and beach if you are finished using them, and clean the grill.

The beautiful views from the unit and lanai with easy access to the beach, pool and grill. Awesome sunsets viewed for our pool deck or on our beach enjoying your favorite beverage.

I will attempt to provide unparalleled service and guidance for a memorable Grand Cayman vacation. Crescent Point is a very quiet relaxing complex but very close to more active areas like the Marriott, Camana Bay and Ritz. Marriott offers all sorts of water sports through Red Sail which is 4 complexes up the beach. Amazing snorkeling right in front of the complex with sand entry into the water next door or other Public Access marked locations along West Bay Road. Large Spacious condo for you and your guest to relax and enjoy yourselves.

To further our commitment to make your vacation as convenient as possible, concierge service for grocery items from Kirk Supermarkets or online shopping from Foster's at Camana Bay. Simply email ConciergeServices@ksl.ky with your grocery list with brands you prefer, provide Pauline Davis at Crescent Point Property Manager, 345-945-2243 in your email with Unit number and they will deliver your groceries and put them into the condo for CI$15 (US$18.75) plus any bags used.

Exterior front door has a ring video doorbell for you, your guests and your belongings safety and security. The complex has video surveillance installed and part time security guard for additional security.
