The villa can host up to four people, and it is enclosed in a wide garden which has an equipped area with a gazebo, a dining table and barbecue, perfect for cooking your delicious meals outside. The garden is provided with a wonderful and panoramic private swimming pool (measures 8x4mt, height 140 cm, fully fenced and protected by an entrance gate) perfectly sun exposed during the day, complete with an outdoor shower, deckchairs and sun umbrellas, where you can relax during the warmer days. By the pool there is also a comfortable gazebo, perfect for the moonlight evenings, or for cooling off under the shadow during the summer days. Near the gazebo, the property is also provided with a children playground, where they can enjoy safely. INTERIORS The house is composed by one level on the ground floor. The property entrance leads to an open space living room full of dining table, tv, stereo, one sofa and two armchairs. Near you can find the kitchen, fully equipped with all you need to cook your favourite dishes. Still on the ground floor there is the sleeping area composed by a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with shower.
