Rock Mill is a spectacular new development of purpose-built luxury holiday and short stay apartments, opened in 2023. The stunning, mill-style building accommodates a collection of stylish, modern apartments of varying sizes, comprising studios, as well as one and two-bedroom apartments. Rock Mill 27 provides guests with a luxurious 334 square ft (32m²) of stylish space and comfort, twice the size of the average UK hotel room.
The Space:
Rock Mill 27 is a fully self-contained apartment, facilitating guests and their family and friends in whatever way they decide to unwind and enjoy their space and surroundings.
The living space provides a stylish fitted kitchen, with integrated oven, hob, and fridge with ice making facility. A dining table for two people and comfy corner sofa completes the indoor space, whilst French doors give access to a private south facing balcony with views of natural woodland. This luxurious space includes a beautifully appointed separate bedroom providing a choice of a luxurious, super comfy 6ft super-king size bed or two full-sized twin beds, built-in wardrobe, and dressing table. Adjoining is a beautiful, fully tiled en-suite bathroom with underfloor heating, rain shower and built-in hand basin and toilet.

The village has a distinct charm and character, enhanced by its intriguing, listed buildings, and fascinating heritage. Stoney Middleton village is famous for its well- dressings, rock climbing and caving.
The village also provides a local pub and a selection of restaurants for you and all other guests to enjoy.

Route 173 is the main bus route passing through Stoney Middleton, linking the village to Bakewell (about 5 miles away) and Matlock (around 7 miles away). Both Bakewell and Matlock are popular market towns with plenty to see and do with local attractions including shopping and dining.
Route 172 connects Stoney Middleton to Buxton (about 5 miles away), another market town known for its Georgian architecture and the Buxton Opera House. The bus also runs to Bakewell, making it a useful service for accessing both towns.
