137 Breakers is a direct ocean facing condo. The main room has a queen sleeper sofa, large TV and a small table and chairs. There is a balcony with an amazing direct view of the ocean. The balcony has two high top chairs and a table to enhance the ocean view. The kitchen is open to the main room. There is sufficient space and furnishings to produce any meal. The fully stocked kitchen has a full size refrigerator, range and dishwasher. The bedroom is open to the hallway and is furnished with a king size bed and larger TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower. The condo is on the second floor accessible by two short flights of stairs or a nearby elevator. The front door is close to the stair case. Book now and start packing. Monthly rentals are available. Weekly rentals especially during the summer are Saturday to Saturday. For off-season week days, please inquire.

This stay was exactly how it was advertised. It was perfect. The beds were slightly uncomfortable but other than that, it was awesome. Short walk to the beach. Everything was very clean and the check in & out process was easy!

View from the deck was nice. The property itself was quite dated. The tub and shower need work and the shower curtain had mold. The bedding was stained except the sheets- they were clean. Could be a nice unit with some updates. Sorry to say I would not likely rent this condo again. It is a shot gun layout as well and I am not a fan

Fantastic Stay!

Our family had a wonderful time in Hilton Head. This unit was clean, functional, nicely decorated and very conveniently located. We were just a short walk to many great restaurants, ice cream shops, and lots of fun things for our daughters to do. Paul was an excellent host and we definitely plan to come back.

Perfect location, walkable community, easy access to beach, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again. The owner was very responsive. The only issue was the ice maker was not working.

The condo is in a great location. Right on the beach, and walking distance to Coligny Square. The one bedroom unit is small, but adequate. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay!

Condo was just as described. Had everything you needed. Close to stairs, parking and the pool. Ocean front view from deck was beautiful. Restaurants and shopping were just steps away. Paul provided everything we needed.

Convenient!

Everything was a quick walk away and steps from the pool and beach access as well. King bed was a plus and all the accommodations needed for a small family of 4 too. Literally do not need to drive for anything unless you want to. Very satisfied.

Very Comfortable Condo

We had a great week in Hilton Head. The ocean front balcony had a cool breeze blowing in all week. The condo is nicely updated and comfortable. It is convenient to so many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Not to mention a short walk to the beach! Paul was very accommodating. We will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Hilton Head!

Fantastic location right on the beach!

I have been vacationing in Hilton Head since I was a kid and always stay at a location surrounding Coligny Plaza. This was my first time at The Breakers, and I could not be happier. The unit was right on the beach and minutes from night life, restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store. The bed was comfortable, there was a washer and dryer, full kitchen, and a view of the ocean. The owner was so helpful and easy to work with. What more could you want? I'll be back!

Great updated unit in perfect location

My husband and 2 year old had a great visit to HHI! This unit is updated and clean and in a great location. The appliances are all really new which is really appreciated. We cooked in a couple nights and the kitchen was spacious and had all the necessities. The view is wonderful! There are also beach chairs, boogey board, and small umbrella to use. The walk to the beach is really convenient, especially for little ones. The only note I would put for people with small children is that the front door does not lock from my he inside so just be aware if you have a little one who tries to open doors. Overall a really great place!
