About this property
Cosy forest cottage just 150 m from the beach
Cosy, charming 6-person holiday home of 85 m2 divided into two houses, peacefully located in the forest and only 150 m from the most beautiful white sandy beach.
There is a cosy, sunny patio between the two houses, well sheltered from the wind. Here you can eat outside at the large round garden table, soak up the sun in the sun loungers, cook on the barbecue, relax and enjoy life. It's a beloved gem, treasured for many years by happy returning holidaymakers.
Free parking at the house.
Our lovely holiday home was built in 1964 and is located on a private 1300m2 natural plot. From the holiday home it is only a 2-minute walk directly to the sea and beach via a small nature trail.
The main house (50 m2) has an open living room with sofa/chaiselong and coffee table, armchair, TV with chromecast, dining table with seating for 4-6 people, and a cosy fireplace corner with a newer wood-burning stove and air to air heat pump (air conditioning).
There is also 1 room with two single beds and 1 room with a double bed, as well as a small toilet. There is also a small kitchen with an electric stove (4 hotplates and an oven), microwave, coffee machine, kettle and a fridge with a small freezer. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would normally need in a kitchen.
In the annex (35m2) there is a large bedroom with a double bed and desk, wardrobe, and air to air heat pump (air conditioning). There is also a bathroom with shower. Both houses have hot and cold water. The two houses are not connected, you have to cross the courtyard to walk between the houses, which allows for some privacy if you are travelling with friends or teenagers.
Between the two houses you can enjoy a lovely warm and sunny patio of about 40 m2. Here you can enjoy the sun from morning until late afternoon. In the patio there is a large garden table for 6 people, as well as a Weber barbecue, a gas grill, sun loungers and a small café table. At the front of the cottage there is also a small garden table and chairs where you can enjoy the late afternoon sun.
The house is a family holiday home; we don't empty it of basic items such as spices, salt and pepper, oil, rice, tea, coffee, cleaning products, etc. so you won't be completely empty-handed when you arrive.
It is allowed to bring one dog, but cats are not permitted due to allergies.
