Dreamwood Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, breakfast bar, TV, dining table, and woodburning stove, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a third-floor king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, second-floor family room with king-size and single, and another family room with bunk and single, serviced by a bathroom. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Outside, there is a wraparound garden with patio, decking, furniture, hammock, hot tub, gas barbecue, fridge, and summerhouse, and off-road parking for two cars, plus additional roadside parking. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Your journey to West Yorkshire starts at Dreamwood Cottage. Note: Steps down to the sitting room. Note: Strictly no hen/stag parties or outdoor music. Note: Steep stairs up to the third-floor king-size bedroom.
