About this property
Beautiful Townhouse in Brighton's Regency Conservation Area
Beautifully styled and steeped in history; this four-storey, two-bedroom townhouse is a hidden gem.
It sits on a quiet road with the Regency Square Conservation Area - yet just seconds from the seafront and just a stroll from the centre of Brighton.
Whilst this home has a cottage-feel to it; the interior is far more spacious inside than expected; and has been brilliantly designed to maximise the space and light throughout. A lovely little patio area outside for al fresco dining.
I adore this little and unique Townhouse and is the latest in my collection as it were. I have put a lot of passion and hard work into making it as special as my other properties too. I hope you love it as much as I do.
You are located in arguably one of the best areas in town...15 minutes from Brighton station, 8 minutes from Churchill Sq, Hove is two minutes in the other direction and the seafront barely 100 metres away. So; what is not to like. At the same time; it is in a wonderful Regency Conservation Area and there is a really nice neighbourly feel that emanates.
Lots of wonderful cafes and shops are pretty much on the doorstep be it wanting to grab your morning coffee, brunch or shopping at TAJ the Greengrocers with the most outstanding Worldwide Foods.
The house is compact but packs a punch above its weight. With four floors housing the classy kitchen in the basement. Fully stocked if you want to cook or bake...or have friends over for a meal. The dining table comfortably seats four.
On the Ground floor is the cosy sitting room to relax watching TV or reading my books.
Upstairs is the second bedroom and the fantastic contemporary new bathroom.
Finally; the best room in the house in my opinion is the Main bedroom on the top floor. Light, bright and with plenty of storage in the wardrobes and chest of drawers. There is a chair to drape your clothes and a wonderful bedroom chair to do your makeup. The bed is brand new and no expense has been spared on the crisp and fresh scented linen.

About the host
Hosted by Peter Taylor

I love Brighton & Hove and all that it has to offer and happy to give a mini tour to any guests so you can experience the City like a local.
Whether you are here for one night or one month; I want you to not only enjoy my little house but get the most from your stay.
I can recommend numerous places to eat, drink, dance the night away etc.
I have suggestions for days out to nearby places like Lewes, Shoreham; or a trip to the downs and Seven Sisters to take in the stunning views.
I look forward to meeting you!

Why they chose this property
The property is in a wonderful location; being on the borders of both Brighton and Hove. The seafront is literally a minute away and I adore the stunning mix of architecture. They nickname Brighton...London by the sea; and elements of that are true. There is a real choice of excellent place to dine and a vibrant music scene which I adore. Very friendly too and you can make friends in a very short space of time.
