The town also boasts the Queen’s View, offering panoramic views of Loch Tummel and the iconic Schiehallion mountain. For the active traveller, Ben Vrackie provides a rewarding hike with stunning vistas at its summit. The Moulin Walk is a popular way to explore the area, leading adventurers through picturesque settings and revealing the region’s Victorian heritage. For those seeking a circular route, the Moulin, Pitlochry Dam, and Edradour walk combine rural and mountain views with a visit to the smallest traditional distillery in Scotland, Edradour.
The region is also a hub for cultural activities, with the Pitlochry Festival Theatre presenting a variety of performances. Moreover, the Enchanted Forest event in Faskally Wood is a magical experience not to be missed, especially during the autumn months when the woodlands are ablaze with colour.
