Spacious & comfortable house with wonderful sunbathing terrace & private Jacuzzi

Casa Amelia is a family house that was recently renovated with all the comforts and modernised to adapt it to modern times without losing the comfort and tranquillity of the houses of yesteryear. Its wide walls allow you to enjoy the silence and relaxation.
Casa Amelia was built by our family 60 years ago when there was only countryside in the surrounding area. Today, with all the growth in the surrounding area, you can be in the centre of the city in 5 minutes by car.
It is also a very good area for hikers as from here you can go out to various places on the island. You can park on the street for free and close to the house.

It is a very spacious and comfortable house, without overcrowding the spaces to make it more welcoming. Each room is spacious and we have equipped them with what we believe necessary for the comfort of the traveller. The house is rented as a whole, you can make private use of the jacuzzi and barbecue on a wonderful terrace overlooking the mountains, perfect for recharging energy while sunbathing, plus privacy.
If you wish we can provide charcoal for the barbecue during your stay, please let us know in advance. We also have a playpen-cot for children, it is essential to request it in advance.
In the accommodation there are 2 towels per person on arrival, as well as washing machine and dryer. For stays of two weeks or more, a change of linen and cleaning will be obligatory, we will contact you in advance to inform you of the day of the cleaning service.
The house is 5 minutes drive from the centre of Telde, there are very good restaurants in the area, also Telde is a city with a lot of entertainment and shopping areas.
It is well worth a visit.
