This elegant condo is nestled in a quiet valley on the Swan River surrounded by beautiful mountain and wooded views. The complex is centrally located between Frisco and Breckenridge - two quaint towns where you’ll find plenty to see and do. This home boasts a fireplace and direct access out the back door for a hike on the Colorado Trail, bike, walk along the river, or spend the day fishing. There is also a newly remodeled community hot tub available for guests to use!
The Space:
You’ll feel right at home in this tastefully decorated, 2 bedroom condo with room for up to 6 guests. The living room is inviting with plush furniture, large windows, a flat screen TV and gas fireplace. Granite tile counters and stainless steel appliances await you in the fully-equipped kitchen, with the beautiful dining area sharing the open-concept space. In warmer weather, the walk-out patio with gas grill is perfect for dining al fresco and includes a lawn area backing up to the forest.
The unit has its own washer and dryer, and there’s room for one vehicle in the attached, one-car garage, with outdoor parking for one additional vehicle.
Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.

Guest Access:
Just outside the living area, there’s a peaceful walk-out patio area with a gas grill and lawn area backing up to the forest. You’ll also love the attached one-car garage (compact car and a real plus on snowy days); there’s also outdoor parking for another vehicle. Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer. Swan's Nest has a community hot tub as well.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located between the towns of Frisco and Breckenridge -- approximately 5 miles to each town. A path for the Colorado Trail (North and Middle Forks of the Swan River) is out the back door. This 500 mile long trail travels through the spectacular Colorado Rocky Mountains amongst peaks with lakes, creeks and diverse ecosystems. Fishing, biking and walking trails give you numerous options for taking in the beauty of the area. The free Summit Stage bus is a 5 minute walk away and offers free public bus service throughout Summit County, Colorado, including lodging, town centers, retail areas, medical centers, and some residential areas.
Getting Around:
Short 10-minute walk to the bus stop or Uber is a great option!

Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay.
Due to COVID all shared areas such as the pool and hot tub are closed until further notice. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
