Queens Bower serves as a gateway to scenic trails, perfect for walking and cycling adventures. Just a mile from the charming village of Newchurch, known for the famous Garlic Farm and its historic pubs, it offers an ideal location for those seeking both relaxation and exploration.
Close by, you'll find Amazon World and Robin Hill Adventure Park, both fantastic family-friendly destinations.

For seaside delights, head to Sandown, where golden sandy beaches await, along with a traditional pier and attractions like the Zoo and Dinosaur Museum. The bustling High Street in Sandown features a wide array of shops and eateries, ensuring a delightful day out for visitors of all ages.

ACCOMMODATION
GROUND FLOOR

The well equipped bright kitchen offers a dishwasher, oven hob and fridge freezer, microwave and toaster and has a dining area with which opens to the front

The cosy living room with comfortable seating, tv and French doors leading to the rear patio is the provides the perfect place to unwind at the end of a day of exploring.

A ground floor modern family bathroom has the benefit of a separate bath with shower attachment and separate shower and wc.

FIRST FLOOR
The comfortable double bedroom has bedside units, tv, chest of drawers and a dressing table.
The twin room has with dressing table and occasional chair.

OUTSIDE
A gated area offers ample parking, and the secluded fenced garden with a patio invites al fresco dining.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
PLEASE NOTE:
A pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit of £150 will be required before arrival at the property. No money will be taken unless any damage is reported at the property within 14 days of your departure.
There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.

The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday, We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends - please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details.

No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties. There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels as necessary.
