The Old Wash Kitchen offers a perfect blend of charm and modern amenities for your countryside retreat, complete with free Wi-Fi and central heating.
Kitchen – A spacious, well-equipped kitchen features a microwave, cooker with oven and hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and all the necessary crockery, glassware, cookware, cutlery, and utensils. A family-sized dining table and chairs are provided, along with some cupboard essentials to help you settle in.
Lounge – The cosy lounge includes an Esse gas stove, a smart TV for streaming, and a large picture window with stunning views over the River Holme, the old mill pond, and rolling hills.
Bedrooms – Two downstairs bedrooms: one with a beautiful antique double bed, and the other with two full-sized single beds.
*Please note* the second bedroom's layout doesn't allow the single beds to be pushed together, which may affect comfort for couples.
Bathroom – A quirky, vaulted cellar bathroom with a 4-piece suite, including a full-sized bath, toilet, basin, and walk-in shower.
*Please note* the doorway is less than 5ft in height, so it may not suit those with limited mobility.
Outside – A small, enclosed stone-flagged area with a tall gate and a bistro set for two, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening drink.
Parking – Easy on-street parking is available at both the front and back of the cottage.
