Campanula 52 is a holiday home for 4 people and is fully equipped. The spacious, bright living room has a relaxed seating area, cozy dining table and connection to the semi-open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. For a possible culinary evening, there is also a Tepanyaki grill plate and a fondue pan available. The upper floor has one master bedroom, equipped with a double bed and a large wardrobe. There are also two smaller bedrooms with nice beds and greenhouse space. On the top floor you have the convenience of a toilet with a small sink. The spacious bathroom is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a shower and toilet. The green garden has a lot of privacy and a lovely sunny terrace with wind catchment. Behind the house is a small, sheltered terrace under an oak tree, where you can have a delicious breakfast in the morning and which offers a nice shady spot in the afternoon. There is also a separate shed in the yard, where you can easily store your bicycles and charge E-bikes. The costs for using the swimming pool at Campanula park are included in the rental price. You can park your car right next to the house. For reasons of hygiene, this holiday home is smoke- and pet-free and therefore suitable for guests with allergies. A lovely house for a nice holiday!
