Rooftop flat located on the 8th floor with 1 bedroom (double bed).  There is also a cosy living room (sofa bed for 2 persons) with an adjoining terrace overlooking the hinterland, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The door to the kitchen gives access to the roof terrace with sea view. The residence is close to the seafront, public transport and shops.  Wifi: yes - parking: not included - sheets: bring your own - towels: bring your own.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
