Vico Nuovo alla Nunziata is an elegant apartment, tastefully furnished and located in one of the best neighborhoods in Genoa due to its strategic position. Just a few dozen meters away, you’ll find bus stops, the metro, Genova Principe railway station, the Old Port, the Genoa Aquarium, the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, and Piazza De Ferrari.

The apartment features a spacious living room with a comfortable sectional sofa, smart TV, a well-stocked bookshelf with books, a dining table, and air conditioning. If needed, the sofa bed (a one-and-a-half-size bed) can be prepared for an adult or two children.
The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for meal preparation, including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, kettle, and coffee machine.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, an open wardrobe, air conditioning, and clean linens.
