There is an energy efficient air-to-water heat pump. From the house a trail system leads directly through the dunes to the sea and beach - the distance is approx. 700 m. The house is completely secluded in a quiet dune area and there are large terraces to both the east, south and west - even here there is an incredible panoramic sea views.
