Silver Stream is a fantastic modern detached house set in Goodwick, in an elevated position which ensures the most sweeping views over Fishguard Harbour, the sea and the headland of Dinas. Amazingly spacious, it is finished to a high standard throughout with wood and tiled floors. The hallway leads through to a modern fitted kitchen/diner, well-equipped it is ideal for preparing family meals, relax round the breakfast bar, bi-fold doors open to a paved terrace the perfect spot to soak up the wonderful view. There is a bedroom and convenient shower room on the ground floor, while stairs lead up to the large sitting room on the first floor, with French doors opening to a balcony, another wonderful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. There is a bedroom with ensuite shower room on this floor with 2 further spacious bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. The master bedroom offers the same stunning view with its Juliette balcony, enjoy leisurely lie-ins while you listen to the soothing sound of the stream flowing down the hillside next to the property from which it gets its name. The enclosed garden to the front of the property is split-level with a gravelled terrace and 3 steps up to a decked patio, the real highlight has to be the outside bar, perfect for family and friends on a summer’s evening.Approached via a steep single track lane, it is situated on the hillside above Goodwick, there are several pubs, cafes and shops in the village, a 10 minute downhill walk. While 30 yards away is the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path so perfectly located for keen walkers, head out on the Coastal Path towards Strumble Head with its iconic lighthouse. This rugged coastline is stunning with regular sightings of dolphins, porpoises, seals and their pups, are a highlight in late Summer and Autumn. Head to the beautiful Porthsychan, this hidden small sand and shingle beach is seldom busy. Bird and wildlife enthusiasts will be in their element. Alternatively head north through Fishguard, this bustling market town offers a range of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as a thriving leisure centre, while Lower Town Fishguard has a picturesque harbour which was the location for the Richard Burton film, Moby Dick. Beyond Fishguard are a number of hidden coves and beaches including Aberbach, Cwm Gwyllog, a rocky cove and on to the sandy Pwllgwaelod Beach, Cwm yr Egwlys and Newport Sands, you can always take advantage of a bus back after a busy day exploring.Silver Stream is a marvellous holiday home, perfect for families and friends to get together and explore this stunning area of north Pembrokeshire whatever the season.£200 bond required.
