• Street parking paid - Central Business District and Warehouse District are $3.00 an hour. Parking meter rates are $2.00 an hour everywhere else in the city of New Orleans. Operating hours for the meters are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday-Saturday. Parking is prohibited at meters in designated rush hour zones from 7 a.m. - 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. Please read the meters before you park! Also, know that broken meters are not free passes. They are technically off-limits and could land you a ticket!

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ROOFTOP IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION

• We may use video surveillance in public areas.
• The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• The building is located on a bustling street, which can be disturbing in the evenings.
• For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request.
• The property is very bright due to the skylight.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Perfect location

Perfect location! Wish the bed was bigger (king), that’s out only complaint! There are plenty of towels and toiletries, it was very clean, and it was very homey! Loved the layout and location!!

Excellent location/very safe

Excellent location/very safe. I enjoyed my stay there at the loft apartment. Only complaint I have is that the Couch is very uncomfortable. A few more kitchen items could be added to make this place perfect. Overall, I was very happy with the space.

Not satisfact by equipments

It's conform to the picture but noisy and not comfortable. The sofa is like piece if wood where to sleep, not comfortable. The TV never worked with Internet, that is to say doesn't work with all chanel like Netflix, Disney... After 3 calls in helpdesk (always nice) that never worked because that come from TV. My major problem was to read that was already inform by last costumers... The equipment in kitchen is ruin like my pictures of pans. Big kitchen but closet are empty... Good location but really noisy during night and early morning.

The parking was a hassle, we one of the smoke detectors made noise all night and day and the TV did.

I would rent again because it was clean but it will be good to have a TV in all rooms and make sure batteries are in your smoke detectors because your ceiling is over 12 ft high and can not be reached.

Very clean, spacious place!

Very clean, spacious place! Great location as well. The only thing that could make it better is if the loft had a deadbolt or additional way to lock it from the inside. I would have felt safer and slept a little better. Great space for sure though.

Travel during pandemic

First I'd like to say getting in late from airport and traveling all day, getting to our unit was a breeze, We had all information needed to enter building and condo, so that was good. Second we had to buy our own towels and many kitchen items ( knives, pan and can opener) NOT to mention we had to clean and wipe things down. When you rent a vrbo you expect a home that you can live in because you deffinatly PAY for it. Third couch broken and there was no internet so no tv and if you don't have your own devices plan on no entertainment. Overall if you don't mind stained towels and sheats, poorly stocked kitchen and no intert but a great location this is your place.

Dirty bedsheets and broken sofa

Worst customer service ever. Hosteeva will forever be avoided when booking future stays. Wasted money on an air mattress after waiting for a day of no response to fix broken fold out sofa bed. Topped off with bedsheets that had pee stains.

Great Location, Average Condo

Location is great, near the Quarter and CBD. Check in was a bit of a hassle, when we arrived the code that we received to the condo did not work and we had to stand in the hallway for 15 minutes while we waited for mgmt. to reset it. The condo was spacious however could have been cleaner. There were food crumbs on the couch and the top of the fridge is filthy. This is frustrating as we were charged a cleaning fee for a place that wasn't cleaned that well when we arrived. The washer also had a funky smell so we did not feel comfortable using it. The condo is also sparsely furnished. The couch is a pull out that is terribly uncomfortable to sit in. The dining table has small stools. There are no hangers in the place nor any hooks to hang jackets or clothes. Only 1 towel bar to hang your bath towels up. If you are coming in for a short 2-3 day stay, this place would be adequate. For longer stays, such as ours, I found it to be lacking.

Amazing location, just needed minor tweaks!

The location of this loft apartment is fantastic -- it's basically at the corner of Canal and Magazine streets, so perfect for walking the French Quarter and very near to street trolley stops that can take you on to the Garden District, Zoo/Universities, etc. The apartment was very clean, with nice but sparse decor and had a reasonably stocked kitchen. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, which is great if you are packing light (and laundry pods are provided). Coffee/filters/dry creamer and sugar were provided, which was a really nice treat! There is also a neat rooftop area (unfortunately it was too rainy for us to use much, as there no cover), but would be a great spot to enjoy drinks or coffee after a day of sightseeing. The property management made check in/check out easy, and all the doors are code accessible. Certainly felt safe and secure. You do have to pay for parking, but the posting makes that clear, so we knew to expect it. There is an awesome brunch place right across the street (the Ruby Slipper), and plenty of other restaurants/bars/slights within a sort walk! There were a couple of very minor things lacking that would be nice for future renters: 1. There were no hooks! Nowhere to hang jackets/sweaters. We happened to be visiting between XMas and New Years, and it was chilly/rainy so we had to just chuck our jackets and umbrellas on the floor in the unit. There is a towel bar in the bathroom, but really nothing else to use. 2. Adding a small trashcan in the bathroom. I finally used a CVS bag to keep from walking back and forth to the kitchen every time I needed to dispose of a tissue, cotton ball, ear swab, etc. 3. There was a decent sized closet in the bedroom, but no hangers to be found. Not a major deal, but would have been nice to hang a few of our dressier evening outfits. Or even a couple of luggage racks so that we could keep our clothes in the suitcases, but not have to keep them on the floor/bend over to get anything. 4. Some kitchen towels would be nice (although paper towels are provided). And a drying rack for dishes would be good -- we really only used coffee mugs/glasses, and it felt silly to run a full load in the dishwasher every evening for a few items. Overall, I would recommend this unit for price and location. I think with a few touches it would be 5-stars! Nikki E.

Great place to stay to be just outside the madness of the quarter yet quiet. The unit was clean but the overall feel is very clinical not very warm. With that being said, I would stay there again, it was very easy to check in and out.

Great location in New Orleans

This apartment is on the 6th floor of a 7 floor building. Seems like the building was recently remodeled and turned into apartments. As such everything is pretty new. Apartment was clean and neat but sort of spartan. Not much furniture but what they had was functional. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Couch was pretty firm but our 13 year old was able to make it work. One of the best things was the roof top patio. We went of every evening for our own little happy hour. Access to the building was simple but secure and the wifi worked well too. The best thing was the location. You are a short walk from most everything whether it be Bourbon Street, the casino, WWII Museum (a must see) or the St. Charles trolley line. The Ruby Slipper is a great breakfast spot and its right across the street. We would definitely stay here again. We had such a great time in NO that we are already looking forward to our next trip.
