Mowhay Barn is a well arranged 4 bedroom Barn Conversion finished to a high standard with all the home comforts for self catering stays.

Situated in a lovely setting on a working farm, Immerse yourself in a authentic Cornwall experience with all the benefits ol all the self catering home comforts, and easy access to Padstow Town and the best of North Cornwall's finest surrounding beaches as well as golfing and walking holidays.

This spacious family home accommodates up to 8 guests, in four bedrooms at ground floor level. with 2 en-suites and family bathroom + upstairs WC. Parking for 3 cars as well as Private enclosed patio courtyard + Lawned garden area.

Pets Accepted max 4 by prior arrangement

Family Bathroom - with glazed high landscape window. Bath with electric shower over, hand basin and WC

First Floor stairs with hand rail to one side leading to the first floor Please note: stairs are fairly steep. There is an integrated barrier that can be used at the top of the stairs, with a standard barrel bolt.

Light open plan space with high ceilings and feature barn rafters, windows with bespoke window seats to front and rear

Kitchen space - fully equipped with all you could need for a self catering stay. Fridge Freezer, electric oven and hob with extractor hood over, microwave, four slice toaster, cafetiere, kettle.

Dining Space - Extra Large dining table feature pendant lighting over, seating for 8 guests including Chairs and Bench

Lounge space - Leather non reclining Lounge sofas - and additional seating suitable for all guests, TV and lamps coffee table. Door to Rear patio via stairs. See Outside.

Additional WC - with wash hand basin

Utility Area - From the Kitchen Space - with washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board and clothes airer

OUTSIDE

Large Front lawned space is for Mowhay Barn use, this is not an enclosed area

Rear private patio space - Enclosed, with Slate topped table and benches and outdoor seating accommodating 8 guests .Washing line. suitable for storing surfboards, biked etc via side gate - please bring your own locks for gate.
Access from first floor living area door to external stairs - Please Note: Please ensure young children are supervised in this room at all times

Pets Accepted up to 4 medium size dogs charged at £30 per pet per stay on stays up to 7 nights. Extra charges apply for longer stays. Dogs must not be left unattended and are not to be allowed upstairs and in bedrooms

Towels - not included please bring your own towels and beach towels

Included Tea Towels, bath mats and hand towels and hand soap to WC's included. Welcome starters of cleaning products including, toilet rolls. kitchen roll and dishwasher tablets
One high chair and one Travel cot by prior arrangement.

Electricity and oil fired central heating included in rental price.

Please note: Entry to the property is from 4pm and departure is at 10am prompt.
