Tan y Graig is a spacious and well-presented house providing high quality accommodation. A stunning detached house in a private location just a 5-minute drive from Abersoch and less than a 10-minute walk to Porth Ceiriad beach, its location makes it ideal for the pubs, restaurants and shops in Abersoch as well as dolphin watching at Porth Ceiriad if you are lucky.
This three-bedroom, three-bathroom house comfortably sleeps 9 plus cot offering high quality, versatile accommodation which is perfect for both couples and families holidaying together.
The house sits within a large and fully enclosed wrap around garden and raised terrace with sea views. There is an outside sink and hose for washing off after beach days before finishing the day sitting outside taking in the tranquillity of the surroundings.
The downstairs of the house is attractively tiled throughout.
Lounge / Dining
The large lounge/dining room has two separate sitting areas idea for families and a dining table seating 10. There is a wood burning stove for winter breaks and a door leading to the garden. The large smart TV allows you to log into Netflix, Prime, Disney, YouTube etc. Guests can also take games consoles to plug into the TV should they wish. The TV in the snug has sky TV essentials package which gives viewing for standard channels.
Kitchen
he kitchen is well equipped and sure to impress. It includes a 6 burner gas cooking range with separate grill, 2 ovens and warming drawer, wine fridge, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Shower Room
There is a tastefully tiled shower room with toilet and sink offering an additional bathroom for guests
A unique wooden staircase leads to three bedrooms all with built in wardrobes.

Bedroom 2
Bedroom two has a bunk bed arranged as a double with single over and junior bed. An en-suite shower room makes this room ideal for a young family or children.

Nefyn Golf course must have some of the most spectacular views in the UK.
Visit Nant Gwrtheyrn Welsh language centre or the castles at Criccieth, Caernarfon or Harlech. A special day out is the boat trip from Porth Meudwy to Ynys Enlli (Bardsey Island)home to Choughs and Shearwaters. 5 minutes drive to Cwrw Llyn microbrewery for interesting beers.
