All bookings include free running water consumption, €50 of electrical consumption per booking and, in winter season and if the property has it, €50 of non-electrical consumption (heating by diesel, gas or propane). This house has air conditioning in all bedrooms of the main house and common areas. The apartment has ceiling fans. It also has heating and, in addition, all air conditioners have a heat pump.
The Sustainable Tourism Tax has a value of €2.20 per person per night of stay (10% VAT included). Children under 16 do not pay this tax.
Bed linen is provided, one set of shower towels and beach towels for each guest.
