This vibrant complex features lush communal gardens, a refreshing swimming pool, and convenient resident parking (subject to availability). Plus, you’ll be surrounded by a variety of local bars, restaurants, and shops, with the iconic Old Town and Orange Square just a 10-minute walk away.
During your stay, you can enjoy the convenience of lift access, and a well-appointed studio with a queen bed and twin bed, both offering direct access to the private terrace with breathtaking sea views. You’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a flat-screen TV for entertainment, and a separate, fully-equipped kitchen featuring an electric oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, and coffee maker. The apartment also includes a separate bathroom with a stylish shower for your relaxation and convenience.

🛌 Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest are included in the rental price.
