The Neighborhood:
Pond Lodge is on a private gated estate. It has two lakes shared by only another 4 homes. There are numerous sculptures to enjoy on your walk around the lake and you can enjoy free carp fishing. Nearby there are 10 pubs, cafés and restaurants within 10 minutes walk.
Getting Around:
Ideally you need a car to get around and enjoy the various Cotswolds villages and sites. However, the 51 bus from Cheltenham to Swindon runs along the main road, just a 10 mins walk from our home. Kemble railway station is also 7 miles away, about 10 mins in a taxi (which needs to be pre-booked).
