We are located in via Giusti, a side street of via Piave, just 400 meters from the sea. The Zona del Paese Nuovo is the right compromise between tranquility and proximity to services and the sea. Here there is no difficulty in parking, we find various shops for basic necessities and the sea can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The nearest shopping center is Conad City which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
In via del castelluccio n.70 we rent a newly renovated apartment on the second floor of a condominium.
Internally it consists of a kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with window and shower.
EQUIPMENT: induction hob, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, TV, washing machine, air conditioning, WIFI.
BEDS: There are 5 beds consisting of a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed.
