Fantastic Sea Cottage on Justøya Island, Lillesand

Welcome to this eye-catching sea cabin yard on Skipperheia on Justøya!

Justøya has some permanent residents, some cabins, some farming and has the incredibly charming shopping place Brekkestø at the southern end of the island.
Lillesand, which has all facilities and an active center with many summer activities, and is approx. 10 minutes' drive away.
On the inside of the island begins the pleasant Blindleia, which guides boat traffic snugly between islets from Lillesand and almost all the way to Kristiansand.
It is about 20 minutes to drive to Dyreparken and Sørlandssenteret, and about 25 minutes to Kristiansand.
A few minutes' walk from the cottage is Honsvika, a small but lovely bathing beach that is warm and very shallow, and thus excellent for families with small children.

The cabin is located next to a shared path which is mostly paved. This means that suitcases and prams can be wheeled relatively easily almost all the way.
It is around 200 meters from the car park to the cabin.

The cabin yard consist of the main cabin with the "triangular cabin" attached, as well as 2 separate annexes with sleeping places.

The cottage is surrounded by terraces and gardens. There is a large terrace at the short end of the cabin, with an exit from the living room.
Here it is sunny and beautiful, and a view of the garden and a great view of the sea from the seating area on the svaberg rocks. There are also other smaller terraces around, so that you always find a cozy place to be.

The cabin complex contains three units:

Main cabin with triangular cabin:
Open living room / kitchen with wood-burning stove.
In the living room there is a dining table with seating for eight. Brand new sofa set with TV (Alente Androide TV so you can stream. No TV programs) and a fireplace in one corner. There is a direct exit from the living room to a covered terrace with a sitting area in an arch and a fire pit in the middle.
The kitchen contains a dishwasher, stove, sink, and everything you need of kitchen equipment. The fridge is located downstairs by the main entrance, and the cabin also has its own freezer.
The triangular cabin has two large bedrooms with brand new beds and mattress toppers from Zen and are approximately 15 and 20 m2.
Bedroom 1: double bed 150X200 + loft mattress 160X200
Bedroom 2: double bed 150X200 + single bed 90X200
Bedroom 1 is the largest bedroom and has a small living room (chest of drawers, sofa, coffee table and TV that can be connected to a PC or phone with an HDMI cable, there is one with HDMI connectors on both sides, so please bring adapter to switch if you need to). Plus the loft with mattress 160 cm. The bedroom has access to its own large terrace.
There is a complete bathroom with shower in the main cabin.

In addition there is a laundry room with toilet and sink in Annex 1.

Annex 1:
Kristinabu. A bedroom approx. 10/15 m2.
Double bed 160X200 with new mattress topper. New chests of drawers with plenty of space for clothes. The annex has its own terrace and access to the laundry room with toilet and sink.

Annex 2:
Juliabu. A bedroom with a small double bed 120X200 and upper bunk 75X190 (a cot).
Both beds have new mattress toppers + a new chest of drawers and are approx. 8/10m
Has access to own large terrace.

Annex 3:
Süssebo. The bedroom has a double bed 160X200 with a new mattress topper, a loft with loft mattress 150X190. New chest of drawers.

The outdoor area is perhaps the nicest thing about the cabin.
In summary:
- 6 different terraces
- possibility to sit outside under cover, space for approx. 14 people (must then set up extra tables)
- large divan/ outdoor sofa on svaberg rocks with sea view
- playhouse for the children
