The building is just a few steps from the pedestrian area of Lido dei Pini, with shops, restaurants, and an elevator starting from the 1st floor. Located on the 2nd floor, the apartment includes a living room with a double sofa bed, kitchenette (fridge, TV, microwave), a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a window and shower. There are also 2 terraces and parking. No A/C.

You can relax on the beach under an umbrella or practice many types of sports such as tennis, beach tennis and beach volleyball, as well as many water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, paraflying, water skiing and fishing.
