Located in an elegant building built at the end of the 19th century, Arenula16 is a luxury penthouse fully renovated in 2024. The home is spread over two levels: on the first level (sixth floor), there are 3 bedrooms, including two doubles and one with twin beds, 3 bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with dining table, sofa, and flat-screen TV.
