This expansive 2,000 sqft single-level home features 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a large, fenced yard. Two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen-sized beds, and one bedroom has a small twin-sized bed.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are equipped with cozy queen-sized beds, nightstands, and dressers. The third bedroom is a bunk room with two queen-sized beds and an en suite bathroom. The living room couch converts into a bed for two, and there is also an air mattress available for two additional guests. The main bathroom includes a tub/shower combination for a relaxing cleanse after a day at the beach. In the backyard, guests can enjoy a large fire pit, a BBQ grill, and a serene 6-person hot tub with adjustable LED lights and a soothing waterfall feature.
Guests can partake in various activities such as surfing, horseback riding, kayaking, rafting, beachcombing, cycling, enjoying the water slides at the public pool, fishing, whale watching, hiking, visiting the aquarium, trying their luck at the local casino, shopping at antique stores, and exploring the sights.

I am available 24/7 for any inquiries and reside just around the corner. Our home provides brochures recommending places to visit and dine. Additionally, we offer a handwritten booklet with instructions for using the amenities.

CHECK-IN: The check-in time is at 3:00 PM. Early check-ins are permitted only when the property is clean and ready for occupancy, and prior approval is required. If you desire a later check-out time, inquire the day before, and we may accommodate you if it aligns with our cleaning schedule. CLEANING: Each property is inspected, sanitized, and cleaned after your departure. The cleaning fee covers normal cleaning so you can enjoy your vacation until the very last moment. However, you are required to leave the property in the same general condition that you received it by ensuring dishes are cleaned and put away, and the home is generally tidy.

Lovely homey stay

Appreciated the real house plants! And the snacks on arrival were a plus! Loved being able to walk to the beach and enjoyed the hot tub. Definitely a great location to enjoy Smith River and the Redwoods. Lovely little weekend get away.

We had a great stay at this location. The home is a bit dated, but it had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the hot tub, the back yard, the large dining room and kitchen tables, board game selection, nice supply of towels and the laundry room.

Welcoming home, great for families.

This was our fourth visit at this home. We love it here. The kitchen is large and easy to cook in. This came in handy as we fixed an early Thanksgiving feast for family in town. The beds are comfy and the living room is large. There are games and puzzles and lots of toys for the kiddos. My son’s favorite part is the hot tub in the large, fenced back yard. There is a bbq and also a fire pit. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Redwoods and the coast

We took mom, kids and grandkids ages 6yrs to 91 yrs to see the redwoods and NorCal coast. The house and yard were exceptional. Everything you could need. Wish we could stay longer.

Nice Coastal Escape

Our party enjoyed our stay here. Hot tub was great and there were plenty of toys and games and beach equipment to entertain the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and utensils. The house was clean and the walk to the beach was not far at all. The host was very accommodating and had thoughtful touches, even leaving a bowl of snacks for the kids out. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Stayed for only 1 night, and didn't use the kitchen, so cannot comment on the entirety of the place. The toy collection was a hit with the kids. The place did smell of dogs though, for those that don't enjoy the smell.

Family Time

Fantastic Stay. Family were able to enjoy time with each other around the fire, in the hot tub and at the beach. We did have a little hic up trying to get checked in, but we figured it out. That was no fault of our hosts. Thank you. Perfect place to stay, close to the beach & the redwoods. We will likely come again

Our favorite home away from home.

We love this property. This is our third stay here. Mike is great and available if we need him. The fenced yard is perfect for our dog. We enjoyed hanging out around the fire pit and love the hot tub! We have family nearby and we gather here to cook or bbq and visit. Beds are comfortable and living room is spacious with plenty of cozy seating. We’ll be back for sure!!!

Redwood Trip

The house was a perfect fit for our family. It was clean and had all the amenities one could ask for. The yard was perfect for the dogs and kids to play. The outdoor games, the fire pit, and the hot tub made a perfect ending to a fun day.

Redwoods Vacation

We really enjoyed our time here. It had plenty of room for our large family. Lots of areas to play games & do puzzles, the back yard area was a huge hit with the hot tub, fire pit and horseshoe pit. The kitchen (and whole) house was very well stocked. The only issue we had was the main bath’s shower faucet was a little tricky and seemed to just need replaced. It was very centrally located to all the activities we had planned.

Crescent City get away

This house is amazing. The house was clean, well equipped and had comfortable furniture. Our dogs loved playing in the big fenced yard while we enjoyed the spa and fire pit. It was really nice to return to the house after a long walk on the beach or in the red woods.

If your aim is to visit the redwoods the home is perfectly located. We found the home comfortable, roomy enough for 4 adults and 3 children. Amenities provided were excellent, kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glasses, and the required cooking tool. It is located close to a wide variety of restaurants and groceries stores. If, in the future we were to revisit the area, I would happily stay again.

Fun place to stay.

We enjoyed the area, the beach, Jed Smith park, and just hanging out at the house. It was fun to play horse shoes, hot tub, roast marshmallows, and play games—all provided. The neighborhood is not the best but I didn’t expect it to be— the city itself seems to be older and run down. But for our family gathering purposes we had a great time. Mike was super responsive and he and his family were accommodating and kind.

Very nice home.

We found this home to be very clean. The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the fire pit and the spa. We bbq’d our dinner nearly every night. Briquettes and lighter fluid was provided. Our dogs also loved being here. The yard is fenced and large enough to run around in. The beach is a very short drive. At night you can hear the sea lions out on the rocks at sea. Very peaceful and relaxing!! We will definitely try to stay here again!

Why they chose this property

I like the small town feel rather than a big city. There is virtually no crime in Crescent City. Please realize these homes were built nearly 100 years ago and they all don't look as pretty as mine. The neighbors are great and very respectful of my VACATION HOME.

What makes this property unique

The ocean is about a 3/4 of mile down the road. A short stroll at dusk will have your jaw dropping to the ground with our beautiful SUNSETS on Pebble Beach
