This large villa offers you the opportunity to live magical vacation moments, like waking up to the sound of the sea or taking long, quiet walks along the coast. The villa is surrounded by a huge terrace, perfect for sunbathing during the day and al fresco dining at night. This charming traditional villa with sea views is situated in the quiet area of Mal Pas, just a few minutes drive car from the city of Alcudia and only about 300 meters walk from the beautiful beaches of "San Juan" and "Sant Pere". Very close to the villa you can walk to the “Crocodile Restaurant” and the chill “5 Oceans” bar in the marina and there is even a small supermarket there. In the villa you can enjoy the Authentic Majorcan character in an unbeatable location close to the sandy beaches. The panoramic view from the terrace of the turquoise blue of the spacious pool and the fair sea in the background behind it is simply lovely. The saltwater pool has a large terrace with sun loungers. In the covered terrace there are relaxing sofas and of course a dining table, ideal for delicious meals outdoors and hours of relaxation with the pleasant sea breeze.
