Lots of issues, beautiful home and location tho.
Beautiful home and location, however…
for the price, service must be better. multiple times random friends of the staff knew the code to the front door and would come in and just hangout. The staff would stay at the house all day and just hangout in the kitchen we had 16 people and needed the space.
The bottom 2 rooms had a plumbing issue and both those rooms smelled absolutely horrible at random parts of the early morning. when we told the staff about it they said it didn’t smell bad and kinda just left it at that.
We told the staff we would like the tables and chairs set up for a dinner we were cooking and they forgot to do it. One of the staff members actually unlocked the door and started taking the chairs to his truck to use them somewhere else. We ran over got the chairs and set it up ourselves there was also supposed to be breakfast everyday but only did it 2/4 day. Cleaning was supposed to be from 9 to 3 PM every day and the cleaners left at 11 AM one day before I could put the cleaning sign on my door.
I’d read on previous reviews that the TV’s didn’t work and when we got there he said there was a storm that broke the TV’s I’m pretty sure that’s not true and they just didn’t ever fix the TV’s.
We rented 2 motorcycles and they made us move them from the garage so they could leave their car In there so we had to leave the bikes in the middle of the entry way.
The house never really felt like ours people could come and go as they please it didn’t feel private.
