Located in the city centre, in a quiet and welcoming street, just a few minutes from museums, theatres, cinemas, typical and gourmet restaurants, universities, on foot and by public transport, with easy access to the beaches, the Sintra mountains and the Arrábida mountains. The neighbourhood is quiet with a variety of shops, gardens, playgrounds and spaces for sport activities.

Intended to be the starting point of the dazzling experience of Lisbon, the suíte offers a bedroom, private living room and private bathroom. With its many details and history, the decoration is a blend of the vintage and contemporary. The private living room offers a private space for work or to put an extra twin bed, if needed, and the there is a shared kitchen for light meals.

The suite is located in Praça de Londres, one of the city's most privileged locations because it is in the centre, but without the traffic and noise of the main avenues, just a few minutes from Lisbon's various universities, the main museums, the typical neighbourhoods with their characteristic activities and cuisine, Lisbon Castle, the river, the beaches on the north and south banks, and many other leisure venues, described below as a walking distance:
- 1 minute: shops, cafés and restaurants, banks, church, services, red and green metro lines (Airport and Baixa Chiado);
- 5 minutes: Universidade Técnico, Av. República, Post Office, bookshops, gym with swimming pool, shopping centre, Campo Pequeno bullring, cinema.
- 10/15 minutes: Gulbenkian Museum, Eduardo VII Park, El Corte Inglês, Praça de Espanha, Lisbon City Hall, train and bus station.

Average travelling time by car or train from the flat to other tourist attractions outside Lisbon:
- 10 minutes: Cascais line beaches; Airport; A1/A2/ A5/ A8 (motorway access to other desired destinations, Fátima, Porto, Algarve, etc...)
- 15/20 minutes: Costa da Caparica beaches
- 25 minutes: Cascais fishing village
- 30 minutes: Town of Sintra (World Heritage Site)
