It’s all about the amazing desert views at Troon Ranch. Yes, the pool with its natural boulder walls and deck is pretty. And the courtyard landscaping is colorful. And the putting green is fun! But nothing can compete with towering saguaro cacti and the Sedona desert. Padded loungers and seating areas with brightly colored umbrellas surround the graceful curvy shaped pool and offer plenty of places to sit back, relax and enjoy the view. And the desert views and amazing vividly colored sunsets are why everyone comes to Scottsdale.
There are two ground floor units (the Troon Ranch Garden Cabin and the Troon Ranch Casita) and one second floor unit, all with amazing desert views. The second-floor unit – the Troon Loft Casita – has a fully open “loft-like” plan. Each unit has a unique feel and plenty of windows for admiring the desert view.
All units have high ceilings with exposed beams, T&G ceilings, wood plank walls and wainscots. All three units have laundry rooms, and fully equipped kitchens with everything you’ll need, including that all important appliance – the coffee maker. Kitchens and bathrooms have ceramic tile floors and counter tops and soaker whirlpool tubs.
Living areas and bedrooms in the two ground floor units have walls of windows looking out through covered porches to the pool area. Deep covered porches with exposed wood framing and overstuffed chairs are just right for that morning cup of coffee or cocoa when the nights turn cool. The porches overlook the pool area, the adjacent built-in grilling station makes grilling locally sourced steaks easy.
A deep covered porch extends the length of the Loft unit and overlooks the pool below. With a dining table and seating area, you’ll be sitting up in the trees, enjoying that cocktail while watching the gorgeous sunset. And if you’re inside, the full window wall lets the view and the light in.

These Terms and Conditions shall serve as a legally binding Agreement between you, your occupants and guests herein referred to as “tenant/guest” and the Property Owner, Parsons Villas LLC and their respective agents, representatives and/or employees herein referred to as “Parsons Villas”. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions tenant is acknowledging they understand and accept all the provisions contained herein. All payments made by tenant, either online or through a representative, are being collected on behalf of Parsons Villas and or Parsons Villas authorized agent.
Damage Waiver, Capacity Restrictions, and Home Compliance Inspections: Our properties are inspected before and after each reservation. Your reservation was charged $95.00 for a Damage waiver to cover up to $1,500.00 in damage. If any damages are above $1,500 then the Renter authorizes any said damage or missing items charged to their credit card identified above. This is not insurance, and the Damage Waiver does not apply to any intentional/ flagrant damage to the units, missing item or damage to the units’ contents, or any other accidental damage to anything beyond reasonable wear and tear within the rental unit during the rental period.
The sleeping capacity for this property is limited to the number of beds provided, so twin beds sleep 1 guest; double, queen and king beds sleep 2 guests each.{reservations.unit_name} can sleep up to {reservations.unit_max_occupants} guests. Extra guests beyond the maximum sleeping capacity are not allowed without the expressed written permission in advance by Parsons Villas LLC. Often, extra sleeping capacity is not possible at this property. Each additional guest exceeding the maximum sleeping capacity for this property will incur a charge of 10% of the nightly rental rate, per guest, and will be charged to the credit card provided above. No pets, smoking, or parties of any kind are allowed at this property. Parsons Villas LLC has weekly home inspections performed by a third-party inspector for this property, so we can keep system operating correctly, discover mechanical failures, and help keep the property in great condition for guests and owners. Sometimes, these inspections fall on dates the property is occupied. If this inspection falls on a date of your rental, the renter agrees to allow the home compliance inspectors to perform the inspection, which generally takes 30 minutes, between 9AM to 5PM. 24-hour notice will be given if an inspector is coming out. It's also helpful if the renter can inform the inspector of any issues or things not working correctly so they can be addressed or fixed immediately.
RULES, REGULATIONS, & OTHER: ALL PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. If Reservation is canceled, all payments will be forfeited. A cancelation wavier is available for purchase on your Reservation. The Trip Cancelation waiver cost 10% of the gross rental fee and allows you to cancel within 48 hours prior to the check-in date. You may cancel for any reason up to 48 hours before check-in if you purchase this option waiver at the time of booking and we will refund funds held for reservation minus the cost of the wavier. This can only be purchased at the time of the reservation. If this waiver was purchased it will show on the reservation breakdown below.
Terms include a No Tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, parties, or disturbing neighbors. Please make sure you are comfortable with our Terms as they are strictly enforced.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: The registered guest must be at least 30 years of age and provide proper identification to check-in to the unit. The individual making the reservation must be 30 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. If the individual on the reservation is under the age of 30 the individual and guests will not be allowed to check in and no refund will be issued.
RESERVATIONS: All Reservations are subject to Management and Property Owner approval. Online rates are subject to change without notice. ALL ONLINE BOOKINGS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL WE CALL YOU AND CONFIRM WITHIN 48 HOURS. Should there be ANY issues with the reservation, you will be contacted within 48 hours.

If Early Check-in and/or Late Check-out is approved, you will get an email confirmation from the reservation team.
