Willowbrook is an exceptional 5 bed Cotswold retreat that provides generous accommodation and sits within 2.5 acre grounds. Set in a desirable & peaceful location yet with easy access to the Cotswolds sought after pubs, restaurants, tourist attractions and pretty villages nearby. The house has been furnished to a high standard with professionally designed interiors including bespoke artwork and luxury bedding to provide a comfortable & stylish hideaway to relax, recharge and entertain.

Approached via a no through road in the hamlet of Radford, Willowbrook house is a brand new Georgian style Cotswold stone home which lies within a peaceful and tranquil setting, surrounded by the rolling countryside. The house is well proportioned throughout with good sized reception rooms and cosy yet spacious bedrooms that have been lovingly furnished to offer a welcoming, comfortable and practical base for those looking to explore all that the local area has to offer, or simply to bunker down in and enjoy time with family and friends.

The impressive entrance hallway leads you through to the rear of the property where you will find the open plan kitchen/dining space. A large island and breakfast bar sit to one side of the room with the fully equipped kitchen including double fridge/freezers, dishwasher, double oven, induction hob, GRIND coffee machine and Soho home dining sets. Easy access through into the separate utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer and a further slimline dishwasher. The dining area sits to the other side of the room with a large dining table for group meals to seat up to 10 people.

The spacious sitting room has comfortable seating large TV and a beautiful open Cotswold stone fireplace with double sided wood burner that looks through to the separate cosy snug next door. SONOS speakers in the sitting room and kitchen and environmentally friendly underfloor heating fitted throughout the downstairs space.

Off the entrance hall also sits the study with large desk and also the downstairs WC.

The bedrooms are arranged over the first floor and have each have ample storage, comfortable Hypnos/Simba mattresses, bespoke blackout roman blinds, luxurious White Company bedding and toiletries. There are TV's in each bedroom apart from bedroom 5.

Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with Super king bed, walk in dressing area with vanity table and ensuite bathroom with separate bathtub and shower.
Bedroom 2 - Zip and link bedroom which can either be a super king or two single beds, separate bathroom located down the hallway.
Bedroom 3 - King sized bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.
Bedroom 4 - King sized bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.
Bedroom 5 - King size bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub.

Patio doors lead out from the kitchen and sitting room out onto the paved terrace at the rear of the property with steps that lead up into the 2.5 acre garden. High quality teak dining table and comfortable chairs to seat upto 12 people with a BBQ and Green Egg available during the warmer months. A stylish modular sofa providing a luxurious place to relax.

A charming stream runs through the grounds with wooden bridges across and picturesque views of the surrounding fields and countryside. Lots of walks from the doorstep leading across fields, streams and woodland paths.

Gated security entrance to private parking on gravelled driveway.

Further photos will be added of the grounds and outside space in the spring as we are currently waiting for the delivery of the outdoor furnitues and having some landscaping done outside which will be completed by the end of April.

Adjacent to the house is a detached two bedroom cottage and garages, access is down the shared driveway. The cottage is sometimes used by the owners but never when guests are in situ unless previously arranged. The cottage can be available to rent at an extra cost on request only and has two further bedrooms sleeping 4 extra people.
