4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 8. A newly renovated, spacious & luxuriously finished modern property conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Clifden's main street. Short breaks available all year round. A perfect property for families and friends to share. Clifden is a bustling market town in beautiful Connemara which offers many bars, restaurants, shops, and services. Located on the Wild Atlantic Way, you are just a short drive from a selection of beautiful sandy beaches where you can swim, walk, or enjoy kayaking, surfing, coasteering or paddle boarding. There are many beaches dotted along the coastline and some of the more popular beaches can be found at Cleggan, Claddaghduff, Renvyle, Ballyconneely, and Roundstone. There are many walking routes in the area which offer fabulous scenic views at every turn, including the Connemara Greenway which can be accessed very close to the property, the Derrigimlagh Loop walk, and the various walking trails throughout Connemara National Park. Local activities include fishing, hill walking, hiking, cycling, pony trekking, golf, boat trips, and much more. Festivals of note in Clifden town are Clifden Arts Festival, The Connemara Pony Festival, Clifden Traditional Music Festival, and many more throughout the year.

4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 8. The accommodation is over two levels. The kitchen, dining room, living room, utility room, two bedrooms and bathroom are on the ground floor level. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, and spacious bathroom.
Entry from the front door, into the porch leads to the spacious & bright open plan kitchen and dining area. A spacious modern and fully equipped kitchen with all your requirements for a comfortable self-catering stay to include electric oven, electric hob, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The adjoining spacious utility room houses the dishwasher, washer/dryer combo machine and freezer, along with additional pantry storage.
The dining area is well furnished with large dining table and seating, a perfect space for group meals and get-togethers. A dedicated work station can also be found to one end of the dining room perfect for those who need to check in with the office. The adjacent tastefully decorated living room includes comfortable modern seating and a smart TV. Two bedrooms, one super king size bedroom and one twin bedroom with two single beds and large family bathroom consisting of a wet area shower, sink and toilet completes the ground floor accommodation.
Bedroom 1 located on the ground floor is a spacious room with a super king size bed with ample wardrobes and drawer storage for your belongings. Bedroom 2, also on the ground floor is a twin room with two single beds and ample storage. Both bedrooms on the ground floor look towards the front of the property.
The upper level of the property is accessed via carpeted lined stairs which leads to two further bedrooms and a large bathroom.
Bedroom 3 is a twin room with two single beds, with views to the front of the property. Bedroom 4 is a spacious room with king size bed, ample storage for guest's belongings, and views to the front and rear of the property. The upstairs bedrooms are serviced by a large bathroom consisting of a sink, toilet and spacious shower unit.
The property is heated throughout by an air to water heating system with underfloor heating on the ground floor, and radiators on the upper floor. Bed linen and towels are provided. Heating, electricity and wi-fi is included in the rental price. Smoking is not allowed. Sorry, no pets. Cot and highchair available. Parking is available for two cars. Short breaks are available year-round.
Hazard information: There is a natural stream close to the rear of the property, which is accessible from the rear yard. At times of heavy rainfall, the stream can flow fast. It is not advised to allow small children to access the stream. Adult supervision is always necessary for small children outdoors.
A security deposit of €250 is required for this property. Our reservations team will arrange this with guests prior to arrival. Pre-authorisation of a payment card will be required.
